For over 70 years, Kai Tak was where Hong Kong physically connected with the rest of the world. It was a place of arrivals, departures, hellos, and goodbyes. The energy of millions of journeys soaked into this concrete.
We didn't want to build over that history. We wanted to encode it into a new space.

Runway 1331 is designed for the modern transient worker, the local creative, and the international traveller. It’s a space that strips away the unnecessary, focusing entirely on functionality, design, and community.
From the layout of our rooms to the events on our calendar, everything is engineered to foster connection and creativity.
