What is the minimum stay duration? +
We offer both short-term and long-term stays. Our short-term stays have a minimum requirement of 1 night, while our long-term residential packages start from 30 days.
Are utilities included in long-term stays? +
Yes, all long-term residential packages include high-speed Wi-Fi, water, electricity, and weekly room cleaning.
Can I bring visitors to my room? +
Visitors are welcome in the public spaces and lounges at any time. For overnight guests in private rooms, please register them at the reception desk in advance.

Do I have 24/7 access to the facilities? +
Yes! As a resident, your keycard gives you 24/7 access to the gym, co-working spaces, and communal kitchens. Specialized facilities like music rooms need to be booked in advance.
How do I join the community events? +
All upcoming events are listed on our Experience page and the Runway 1331 app. You can RSVP directly through the app.
