FROM AVIATION HUB TO CREATIVE HUB
For decades, Kai Tak's Runway 13/31 was Hong Kong's connection to the world. It was famous for the "checkerboard approach"—a thrilling maneuver that brought planes skimming over city rooftops before touching down on this iconic strip of land jutting into Victoria Harbour.
Today, the planes are gone, but the spirit of connection remains. We built Runway 1331 to be a new kind of hub. Not for transit, but for connection, creation, and community.
